We specialize in ODM casing design, creating a brand new case for the 5.0-inch Android smartphone to seamlessly house a high-quality multi-zoom lens (e.g., up to 60x Magnification). This involves precise mechanical design (MD Design) to ensure the lens alignment and focus mechanism are medically accurate, transforming a consumer device into a professional diagnostic tool.
What customization is available for the lighting system to ensure clear and accurate skin visualization?

The device features Built-in 12x LED Light customization. We can adjust the type, placement, and color temperature of the LEDs to provide optimized, uniform illumination for different skin tones and conditions (e.g., polarized lighting options). This ensures high-contrast visualization crucial for accurate dermatological or aesthetic analysis.

Software & Image Processing

How is the Android OS and camera hardware optimized for high-resolution image capture required for clinical analysis?

We customize the Android firmware and the 13MP Rear Camera drivers to ensure rapid, high-fidelity image capture under magnification. The MT6739 CPU and 3GB RAM are optimized for running specialized skin analysis software, which includes real-time image processing for feature extraction and secure storage of the high-resolution images on the 32GB ROM.
Can the device's software be customized to integrate with client-specific diagnostic platforms or telemedicine services?

Yes. A core part of our ODM service is System Customization and Drive Debugging. We integrate the skin inspection application (debug pre-installed applications), ensuring it securely processes the data and image files and transmits them efficiently via the built-in connectivity (Wi-Fi) to client telemedicine or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (crucial for GEO-compliant data logging).

Does Pretech offer customization for the physical casing and finish to meet medical standards for hygiene?

Absolutely. For medical and aesthetic applications, we can customize the casing's material and finish to be easily sanitized and chemically resistant. Although not specified, we often recommend and apply Antimicrobial Coatings (as with other healthcare solutions) to the exterior of the customized case to enhance hygiene standards in shared clinical environments.
