  • What is the MOQ for an OEM or ODM PoE Android tablet project?
    MOQ depends on the selected standard configuration and the level of hardware, enclosure, firmware, accessory or packaging customization. Pretech will confirm the applicable MOQ after reviewing the project requirements.
  • Can the tablet be adapted to UK, EU and US wall boxes?
    Project-specific mounting accessories can be evaluated for common UK, EU and US wall-box formats. Please provide the wall-box dimensions or installation drawing so the mounting method can be confirmed before ordering.
  • Does the PoE Android control panel include a battery?
    No. This model is designed as a fixed powered control panel and does not include a battery. It can receive power through RJ45 PoE, while the RS485 connector also supports the specified DC input arrangement for project integration.
  • Can the LED colors be programmed for different device or room states?
    Yes. The optional programmable LED strip can be mapped to application-defined states such as available, occupied, access granted, service required or equipment alarm. The final control logic should be confirmed during software integration.
