    Yes, the battery can be removed from tablets. To prevent system crashes or data loss caused by sudden power interruptions, we will provide the tablets power on without the battery solution for the 11-inch car headrest NFC tablet.
  • Can the 11-inch car headrest NFC tablet accept 12V power input?
    Pretech 11-inch car headrest NFC tablet supports 9V/2A or 5V/2A power input by default. If you need to power the tablet with 12V, the simplest solution is to use a step-down (buck) converter to reduce 12V to the required operating voltage. If direct 12V input is required, it would involve a board modification, as the current design does not support 12V natively. This customization would require additional cost and lead time.
  • Does the 11-inch car headrest NFC tablet support eSIM?
    Yes, we can integrate an eSIM module into the 11-inch car headrest NFC tablet upon request. This feature allows for a more flexible and convenient connectivity solution, enhancing the overall user experience.
