The Pretech SOM RK3566-F is a compact and powerful system on module featuring the RK3566 SoC with a quad-core 64-bit architecture (4 x Cortex-A55 at 1.8GHz). It includes a Mali-G52 2EE GPU (800MHz) and a 0.8T NPU, supporting Android and Linux (Debian). The module has 2G/4G RAM and 64G ROM. It supports 4K@60fps video decoding for H.265/H.264/VP9. Display interfaces include EDP, MIPI, DUAL-LVDS (via mipi-combo), and HDMI, with support for dual-screen heterogeneous display. High-speed interfaces include OTG-2.0, USB3.0, and SATA3.0/PCIe2.1. Connectivity options include 100M/10M Ethernet, Dual-Band WIFI6, BT5.4, and NFC. It also features UART, PWM, ADC, SPI, I2C, I2S, and GPIO. Power supply options include battery and DC power supply (DC voltage 5-12V). It includes an RTC with scheduled power on/off settings and supports secondary development with hardware reference design and SDK documentation provided.
